You're not just a skilled fitter — you're also a mentor to colleagues and a representative of our team on the job site. What will you be doing? - Independently building piping systems for industrial and shipbuilding projects - Tack-welding using various techniques (MIG/MAG, TIG, electrode) - Reading and working from technical drawings and isometrics - Ensuring safe working practices according to VCA guidelines - Collaborating with the project team and contributing technical solutions - Supporting and guiding colleagues on-site - MBO level 2 or 3 diploma in pipefitting or several years of relevant experience - Familiarity with MIG/MAG, TIG, or electrode welding - Ability to read and work from technical drawings and isometric views - VCA Basic certification (extra training like Flange Safety or Safe Hoisting is a plus) - Driver’s license (B) and your own transport - You work independently, accurately, and are solution-oriented
