You start your workday together with your colleagues in a clean and organized production hall, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to schedule. You operate machines, inspect materials, and ensure that finished products meet the required quality standards. Your responsibilities include: - Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machines - Packing and labeling products according to fixed guidelines - Inspecting raw materials and finished products - Identifying and resolving minor technical issues - Keeping your workplace clean and safe - Consulting with colleagues and reporting to the supervisor - Actively contributing to process improvements You work from Monday through Friday. The working hours and corresponding allowances are: - 06:00 – 14:30 (14% shift allowance) - 14:30 – 23:00 (14% shift allowance) - 21:30 – 06:00 (21% shift allowance) Over het bedrijfYou will join a professional production company in the Alblasserdam area with an informal working atmosphere.
