What You Will Do: - Engage: with customers to answer questions about products, services, and technical support in a professional and friendly manner. - Assist: customers with subscription renewals, promote additional services, and gather valuable feedback to improve our offerings. - Process: sales orders accurately, handle payments, and support service activations to ensure smooth transactions. - Maintain: the accuracy and integrity of customer data in our database systems, ensuring seamless operations. - Provide: basic technical support for service activation and usage, offering reliable solutions for customer issues.
