This role requires a tactical mindset, a high degree of independence, and the ability to translate business objectives into effective action. Your responsibilities - Develop and drive the C&B strategy for the Netherlands and Belgium - Advise and challenge HR leadership and senior management on reward-related topics - Take end-to-end ownership of the annual salary review and bonus cycle - Further develop the job architecture and grading framework (including Hay methodology) - Initiate and lead C&B projects and continuous improvement initiatives - Analyse market data and trends, translating insights into strategic decision-making - Act as a trusted sparring partner for Finance, HR and international stakeholders - Coach and support HR colleagues and Shared Service Centre on C&B topics What do you bring? - Bachelor of Master's degree (e.g. HR, Business Administration, Finance or Economics) - Experience within an international / matrix environment - Proven track record in strategic C&B projects and transformations - Strong knowledge of job grading frameworks (Hay) and reward structures - Excellent stakeholder management skills at senior and executive level - Fluent in English - Proactive, persuasive, analytical, and able to create i...
