Are you looking for a stable full-time job in the food industry? We are looking for Crème Operators to join Nora, a modern cookie production company in Maastricht. In this role, you will work on the production line between the bakery and the packing department, ensuring that fillings and toppings are processed correctly while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. What’s your job about? Set up and operate filling machines and depositors. Monitor product quality and product weight. Identify and report minor technical issues. Keep the production line clean and hygienic. Follow standard operating procedures and production guidelines. Ensure smooth production between the bakery and packing departments. Working hours (3-shift system): 05:00 – 14:00 13:30 – 22:00 21:30 – 06:00 Occasional weekend work may be required. What skills do you have? Experience as a machine operator or in the food production industry is an advantage. Basic technical knowledge and the ability to solve minor technical issues. Availability to work in a 3-shift system. Good communication skills in English or Dutch. Own transportation (car or bicycle) and own accomodation. A motivated, proactive attitude and willingness to learn. What do you get in return? Starting salary of €16.58 gross per hour. Salary increase to €17.83 gross per hour after 26 weeks. Attractive shift allowances: 138% between 18:00 – 03:00. 139% between 03:00 – 06:30. Stable work schedule and long-term employment.
