What do you need to start as a production employee? - 2-4 years of experience in the concrete industry - Forklift certificate - Speaking the English language - Technical insight and experience with reading drawings Wat bieden wij je? You will work based on clear technical drawings and work instructions. Your daily tasks include: - Preparing and setting up the molds - Placing the reinforcement - Pouring the concrete and carefully finishing the elements - Carrying out quality inspections - Cleaning, checking, and maintaining machines - Releasing and unloading the finished concrete elements As a production employee you will work in a 2-shift system with the following working hours: - Early shift: 07:00 - 15:45 - Late shift: 10:15 - 19:00 - Overtime may occur, up to 21:00 at the latest
