Are you an experienced Customer Service professional looking for a challenging role within an international logistics environment? As a Customer Service Agent Export, you will be responsible for coordinating export shipments, monitoring order progress, managing export documentation, and maintaining strong communication with customers, warehouses, and internal departments. In this role, you act as the central link between customers, warehouse operations, and internal teams to ensure export orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time. You will monitor shipment progress, resolve operational issues, follow up on customer requests, and ensure a high level of service throughout the entire export process. Your responsibilities include coordinating export orders, preparing and checking export documentation, monitoring warehouse activities, maintaining daily contact with customers regarding shipment updates, collaborating with internal departments, and ensuring all export operations are completed accurately and according to schedule. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Export Operations, Supply Chain, or Freight Forwarding who enjoy working in a dynamic international environment and are committed to delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for a candidate who has: - Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; - Previous experience in Customer Service (logistics experience is highly preferred); - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; - A customer-focused and proactive attitude; - The ability to work accurately under pressure; - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; - A positive, cooperative, and professional mindset; - Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Export Operations, Freight Forwarding, or Transportation is an advantage.
