As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for customers and the vital link between them and internal departments. In this role, you'll manage customer relationships from order to delivery. You'll work closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure every customer receives the best possible service. Your responsibilities include: - Managing customer inquiries and providing professional support. - Processing, monitoring and following up on customer orders. - Coordinating with internal departments to resolve questions and challenges. - Keeping customers informed about order progress and delivery status. - Preparing customer reports and maintaining accurate records. - Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction. - Building strong relationships with customers through clear and proactive communication.
