Are you looking for a stable warehouse job with opportunities to develop your skills? We are recruiting Warehouse Employees (Order Pickers/Packers) for an international customer in Venlo. You'll work in a modern warehouse handling products such as computer monitors, gaming accessories, office chairs, and other electronic equipment. What’s your job about? You'll begin your journey in the order picking department, where you'll learn the warehouse processes and gain experience. Based on your performance, quality, and productivity, you'll have the opportunity to move into the packing department and expand your responsibilities. As you grow within the company, you'll also have the chance to receive training in areas such as Reach Truck, Forklift (Heftruck), Inbound, or Quality Control, allowing you to become a versatile warehouse professional. With additional responsibilities, you can earn up to €16.25 per hour. What skills do you have? Be able to perform physically demanding work (boxes range from 1 kg to 45 kg, with an average weight of 8 kg) Have a good command of English or Dutch Have at least 6 months of logistics experience (preferred) Be willing to work overtime when required Have your own accommodation and transport or already live near Venlo, as accommodation is not provided What do you get in return?
