You will develop and implement procurement strategies for various indirect spend categories, including HR, Marketing & Communications, and Transport & Logistics. Although these categories are not directly related to our rental fleet, they have a significant impact on operational efficiency and cost control throughout the organization. Through smart sourcing strategies and strong supplier relationships, you will help optimize costs while maintaining high standards of quality and service. You will manage supplier relationships, lead contract negotiations, and ensure the effective delivery of goods and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and have a direct impact on cost savings and quality improvements across our international markets. As a true connector within the organization, you will use your expertise to elevate our procurement processes to the next level. Your responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic category plans that align with internal customer needs and deliver cost optimization. - Identify and realize synergies and improvement projects related to cost and quality across the global Boels Rental Group. - Apply Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles in procurement decision-making. - Manage supplier relationships and lead contract negotiations. - Collaborate and align with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Analyze markets and data to support strategic sourcing decisions.
