In this role, you will support the development of our Quality Framework and help maintain the tools we use across the organization. You will also assist our internal audit team, help with basic administration of Quality tools (Compliance Quest), support analysis and reporting activities, and contribute to various department projects. In this role you will report to the Sr. Quality Assurance Coordinator. You will make our enthusiastic Quality team complete, together with our Sr. Quality Assurance Coordinator, our Quality Engineers and our Quality Controllers! - Support internal audits through coordination, preparation, reporting and participating as an internal auditor. - Support and maintaining Quality management tools (eQMS) - Help collect, analyze, and prepare data on quality performance (KPIs, assessments, complaints, audit follow-up). - Provide general support to employees and management regarding quality guidelines and procedures. Assist in maintaining and improving Quality procedures and processes. - Support GAP analyses regarding the ISO standards and regulations and assists following up on improvement actions. - Support continuous improvement initiatives. - Help create more quality awareness in the organization and provide campus-wide support where needed.
