Key responsibilities - Provide strategic and operational advice to farmers and agribusiness clients on business planning, investments, and risk management. - Analyze financial and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making. - Guide clients on sustainability practices, environmental regulations, and subsidy/grant opportunities where applicable. - Build and maintain client relationships; conduct farm visits, stakeholder meetings, and periodic reviews. - Prepare clear reports, recommendations, and action plans; monitor progress and outcomes. - Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to deliver integrated solutions. Required skills and qualifications - Agri-domain knowledge: Understanding of farming operations, sector trends, and production economics. - Advisory skills: Consultative approach, strong communication, and stakeholder management. - Analytical skills: Ability to interpret financial statements, KPIs, and operational data. - Regulatory awareness: Familiarity with relevant environmental, safety, and agricultural compliance requirements. - Tools: Comfortable with common office and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, reporting systems). - Language: Professional proficiency in Dutch; English is a plus.
