Are you handy and do you like working with your hands in a technical environment? As a Technical Inspection & Maintenance Technician in IJmuiden, you ensure that life-saving safety equipment is perfectly clean and ready for use again. In this active job, you work in a great team and earn an excellent salary with attractive allowances. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and checking breathing apparatus and gas detection equipment. You pick up the equipment from the client and return it neatly after cleaning. Following clear steps, you carefully disassemble, clean, and inspect the devices. You then calibrate and certify the equipment so that it fully complies with strict safety standards once again. You accurately register all these steps in the system and logically plan your own workday ahead. You switch easily between various technical tasks. - You hold a valid driver's license B - You are physically fit and have no problem lifting up to eighteen kilos occasionally - You speak and understand Dutch or English well - You work accurately according to procedures and always keep an overview - You are willing to work in two shifts between 06:00 and 22:00
