Increasingly recognised for creating some of the world's most sought-after properties, the Group provides legendary service inspired by Asian heritage whilst representing the very cutting-edge of luxury experiences.As Steward you will responsible for the following duties: - Washing all hotel china, silverware, glassware, service ware, and cookware; - Cleanliness of all food service serving pieces and related cookware and tools; - Maintaining the cleanliness of culinary equipment and areas; - Sorting of food and beverage waste into proper streams for disposal and recycling; - Transporting dishes, glasses, silverware, and serving pieces throughout the hotel as instructed; - Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation rules and guidelines.As Steward, we expect from you: - Minimum of 2 years in a similar position, hotel experience strongly preferred; - Spoken and reading proficiency in the English language; - Able to walk and stand for entirety of shift; - Able to regularly lift, push, and pull heavy weights; - Flexible scheduling availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.Our commitment to you: - A salary in scale III of the Horeca CAO; - Excellent career progression with an iconic, luxury, global hotel brand.
