While working, you’ll continuously monitor the bread’s appearance and texture, reporting any major problems to your shift supervisor. Cleanliness and hygiene are crucial, so you’ll follow strict food safety procedures, as well as handle basic cleaning and maintenance of your workstation. You’ll work full-time (38-40 hours per week), typically on regular weekday shifts, with occasional overtime or weekend work depending on production needs.
