You will act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and take the lead on major projects, from renovations and refurbishments to equipment replacement and facility improvements.Your responsibilities include: - Leading large-scale technical projects, including renovations, conversions and equipment replacements. - Managing and monitoring maintenance plans, priorities and budgets. - Coordinating quotations, suppliers, contractors and project proposals. - Creating work schedules, assigning tasks and guiding the Engineering team. - Managing external service providers for specialist maintenance and repairs. - Ensuring compliance with all technical, legal and safety requirements. - Maintaining certi
