Your job as a Senior Quantity Surveyor As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager, you will take ownership of medium to large-scale construction projects, managing mechanical and electrical services packages and their associated costs. Working closely with clients, project teams, and contractors, you will ensure high-quality delivery, effective cost control, and alignment with industry best practice. The role requires strong on-site experience, ideally gained on large-scale data centre projects in Amsterdam, alongside proven expertise in tendering, procurement, estimating, reporting, and commercial management. You will provide strategic commercial advice and guidance across all project phases, helping to drive successful outcomes from inception through to completion.
