Join Nike EHQ as an Allocator, Nike Stores EMEA and play a key role in ensuring Nike wins with the consumer. As part of the Nike Direct Marketplace Unit (MPU), you will be responsible for making allocation and replenishment decisions that guarantee the right merchandise assortment is available at the right time, in the right stores, and in the right quantities. In this highly analytical role, you will focus on in-season trade and inventory optimization, partnering closely with Merchandising, Assortment Planning, and cross-functional teams to drive commercial results across Nike’s retail business in Europe. This is a temporary assignment running until 26 February 2027 What are you going to do? - Own allocation and replenishment decisions across Nike Stores EMEA, ensuring product availability aligns with consumer demand, store capacity, and commercial goals. - Analyze sales, inventory, and market trend data to forecast demand, optimize stock flow, and improve replenishment performance. - Partner closely with Merchandising and Assortment Planning teams to execute seasonal strategies and deliver compelling assortments across the retail fleet. - Identify and manage in-season risks and opportunities, making proactive trading recommendations to maximize sales and inventory productivity. - Determine optimal allocation depth by store, style, and size, balancing sales expectations, store capacities, and product availability. - Create ad-hoc reporting and business analyses to support allocation decisions, communicate inventory positions, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Support product launches, marketing initiatives, and seasonal transitions by ensuring the right inventory is available to meet consumer demand and campaign objectives. - Drive inventory health by minimizing end-of-season stock, improving sell-through, and reducing excess inventory and returns.
