For an international company in the life sciences, biotechnology, and laboratory solutions sector, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Landsmeer. In this role, you will support customers in the Netherlands, Flanders, and other European markets with questions related to orders, invoices, returns, and service requests. You will be the first point of contact for customers by phone and email, ensuring they receive fast, professional, and accurate support. What are you going to do? As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: - Answering customer questions about orders, billing, returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoice changes. - Supporting customers by phone and email. - Registering and following up on customer requests in internal systems. - Keeping customers informed about the status of their question, order, claim, or service request. - Escalating more complex issues to the right internal departments, such as logistics, finance, supply chain, or technical support. - Accurately documenting customer conversations and actions taken. - Working closely with colleagues across different teams to solve customer issues quickly and correctly.
