About this role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative International for an international organization. In this role, you will be the key contact for global distributors and ensure a smooth and accurate order-to-delivery process. You will work in a dynamic, international environment where collaboration, communication, and problem-solving are essential. What are you going to do? - Act as the main point of contact for assigned international distributors. - Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, ensuring accurate and timely execution. - Coordinate logistics, invoicing, and payment activities in collaboration with internal teams and Finance. - Resolve operational issues proactively and maintain strong communication with distributors and stakeholders. - Support process improvements and contribute to ongoing projects in a dynamic international environment.
