As our Chef Apprentice (BBL), you will work closely with our Kitchen team, learning essential culinary techniques while supporting the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and ready to start a career in hospitality. Responsibilities - Assist with the preparation and presentation of dishes according to recipes and quality standards - Learn and apply culinary techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs - Support the kitchen team with mise en place and daily preparation tasks - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and kitchen equipment - Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times - Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating kitchen stock correctly - Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, banqueting, and event operations as required - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment - Continuously develop culinary knowledge and practical cooking skills Essential Requirements - Enrolled in a BBL Chef programme or planning to start one - Passion for food, cooking, and hospitality - Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills - Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work - Ability to work well within a team environment - Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays -
