Core responsibilities - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g., supplier, customer, partnership, SaaS/IT, and procurement contracts). - Advise stakeholders on corporate law, governance, decision-making processes, and board documentation. - Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks; translate legal requirements into practical business guidance. - Support compliance activities, including privacy/data protection, competition law, and sector-specific regulations as applicable. - Manage disputes, claims, and external counsel; coordinate litigation strategy when needed. - Develop and maintain legal templates, playbooks, and contract standards to improve efficiency and consistency. - Deliver training and clear legal communication to non-legal teams; promote a strong compliance culture.
