Share your talents As Commercial Development Marketeer, you play an important role in shaping the omni-channel promotion and activation calendar that supports our markets across Rituals. Working within the Marketing department, you are part of a team of four colleagues and report directly to the Sr. Global Manager Commercial Development. This role sits at the heart of our commercial planning process, helping to translate ideas into clear, market-ready activation plans. You work across Retail, Online Store, Outlets, Wholesale and Travel, connecting many teams to keep plans moving forward. You will also work very closely with the individual markets and local marketing teams in Europe, Middle East and Asia. Because we continue to grow across regions, channels and commercial programmes, this role brings both complexity and opportunity. You help ensure that all details are prepared on time, so local markets can launch with confidence. With your overview and ownership, you contribute to relevant customer offers and a strong commercial rhythm across the business. In this role, you will: - Create, coordinate, and execute the omni-channel promotion and activation calendar across regions and channels. - Own the full promotional process from forecasting products to briefing markets, monitoring results, and evaluating learnings. - Manage multiple calendar projects at the same time, often working one year ahead of launch. - Connect stakeholders across commercial teams, markets, supply, innovation, store format and design, training, forecasting, controlling, and retail systems. - Contribute business input to promotional tools and systems to support...
