You work closely with hiring managers and actively contribute to our Inclusion & Diversity goals. With your creativity, market knowledge and data-driven approach, you develop effective recruitment strategies and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. At Van Lanschot Kempen, recruitment is about more than just filling vacancies. You take the lead in various HR projects, such as internal mobility, referral programmes, the candidate journey, ATS optimisation and recruitment analytics. Together with your recruitment colleagues and other specialists you work on innovative solutions that help us continuously improve recruitment strategy.
