THE ROLE We're looking for a Corporate Communications and AI Activations Intern to support our global Corporate Affairs team based in Amsterdam. This role focuses on accelerating AI adoption across Corporate Affairs through communications, enablement, and AI-driven ways of working, while also supporting strategic corporate communications initiatives and cross-functional corporate projects. In this role, you will help accelerate AI activations and adoption by identifying practical AI use cases, testing and evaluating AI tools, supporting responsible implementation, and creating communications that drive awareness and adoption of AI initiatives across the company. You will support the creation and adaptation of content for internal and external digital platforms, bringing AI initiatives, corporate campaigns, and strategic projects to life through clear, engaging, and brand-consistent communications. You will also contribute to the planning and execution of strategic corporate communications, global campaigns, and cross-functional corporate projects, helping strengthen Coty's narrative across key stakeholders, including employees, media, partners, and the wider industry.
