For the Human Resources Department of our client, we are looking for a HR Business Partner with strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and experience in an international organisation. As HR Business Partner, you will be part of our HR team and play a key role in shaping the people strategy, supporting managers, and contributing to a culture where people can grow and perform at their best. In this role, you will work closely with management and employees across the organisation to: - Build strong relationships that enable the delivery of professional, value-adding HR services - Drive the annual HR cycle, including performance management and compensation & benefits, and contribute to continuous improvement - Implement and further develop corporate HR processes and policies, ensuring they meet business needs - Provide expert advice to management on employee relations, performance management, absence management, talent development, and compensation & benefits - Handle complex employee relations matters with confidence and professionalism - Partner with managers on recruitment strategy to attract and retain top-tier talent - Participate in HR projects as agreed with Management Team and Corporate HR - Provide HR support as part of the company's emergency response organisation Qualifications You are a great communicator (Dutch and Engli...
