This is an exciting opportunity to join Nike’s EMEA Digital Marketing team and play a key role in delivering impactful Retail Moments campaigns across our digital ecosystem. This is a temporary assignment running until 31st of December 2026. What are you going to do? In this role, you will lead and execute digital marketing strategies for key retail moments, bringing campaigns to life across Nike.com , the Nike App, and Email. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless, consumer-first journeys that elevate the brand and drive business impact. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead the digital marketing strategy and execution for key Retail Moments campaigns (e.g., Back to School, Cyber Week) - Plan and deliver end-to-end digital consumer journeys across Nike’s platforms - Own the full campaign lifecycle, from creative briefing to go-live execution - Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Media, and external partners - Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution - Represent the consumer voice in campaign planning and execution - Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into future opportunities - Continuously identify ways to innovate, optimize processes, and improve the digital experience What do we offer? - Competitive salary (to be discussed with the recruiter) - Flexible hybrid work: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home - Unlimited vacation days to recharge whenever you need - 8% holiday allowance - STIPP pension plan to secure your future - €0.23/km commuting allowance (up to €23 per office day) - €5 daily work-from-home allowance - 25% employee store discount – gear up with Nike! - Access to Adecco Aca
