Join Nike as our new Business Analyst in Digital Business! This role supports the EMEA Digital Business Offense team through reporting, business analysis, and leadership meeting preparation. In this role you will own recurring business reporting (utilizing large excel files, SQL, and dashboards), help create executive-ready presentations, and support leadership forums with clear and concise business updates. The role works closely with senior leadership and requires someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, tight timelines, and frequent last-minute changes. Success in this role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, strong follow-through, and the ability to stay organized and composed under pressure. You will need to work independently, drive progress across multiple stakeholders, and confidently manage follow-ups to keep deliverables moving forward. At the same time, the role requires strong collaboration and day-to-day partnership across teams within the EMEA Digital business. - Own recurring business reporting across by coordinating stakeholder inputs, owning/building PowerPoint slides, synthesizing business narratives, and manage stakeholders within:- Monday Trade – React - Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) - Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) - MFM (Monthly Forecasting Meeting) support - Support the Business Offense & Analytics Lead in running and evolving Weekly Trade, ensuring a clear narrative on results towards stakeholders, as well as identification and pursuit of trade actions across Sports and Functions; In large Retail moments (i.e. Cyber week), support Daily Trade. - Maintain alignment with the latest business priorities, strategy shifts, and commercial updates.
