Join Nike EHQ as a Senior Supply Chain Sports Offense Specialist, EMEA and play a critical role in driving end-to-end operational excellence across Nike’s key Sports growth strategies. In this highly collaborative supply chain role, you will lead cross-functional execution, ensure alignment against strategic priorities, and drive operational performance across multiple business functions. Partnering closely with Sports teams, Marketplace Supply Chain, Merchandising, Demand and Supply Management, Logistics, and Inventory Management, you will translate business priorities into actionable plans that improve service, convenience, sustainability, and profitability across the EMEA region. This is a temporary assignment running until 31 January 2027. What are you going to do? - Lead operational performance management and strengthen cross-functional collaboration in support of Nike’s Sports strategy. - Drive alignment to shared business goals, ensuring a consistent operational approach across Sports teams and supply chain functions. - Own executional excellence for key product launches, operational KPIs, and strategic initiatives, ensuring clear actions and strong follow-through. - Partner with Marketplace Supply Chain, Seasonal Execution, Demand & Supply Management, Inventory Management, and Responsive teams to deliver aligned business outcomes. - Identify operational risks and opportunities, proactively driving solutions that improve service levels, consumer experience, and commercial performance. - Influence and prioritize work effectively within a complex matrix organization, ensuring stakeholder alignment across multiple functions. - Strengthen integration with Logistics, Planning, and both internal and external partners to ensure seamless end-to-end execution. - Monitor and drive performance against key supply chain metrics, including service, convenience, sustainability, and profitability.
