You won't step into a "monthly routine on rails." You'll step into a team that has already made major improvements-and is ready for the next step up in quality, consistency, and automation. Your Role & Impact - Financial Reporting & Audit: Own the end‑to‑end monthly and annual close for four Dutch entities. You'll be the primary lead for the annual statutory audit, managing the auditor relationship, preparing all documentation, and ensuring the final accounts are bulletproof. - Dutch Tax & Compliance: Act as the main point of contact for the Belastingdienst. You'll own all filings (VAT, ICP, CIT, and payroll taxes) and maintain our transfer pricing documentation in line with existing agreements. - Payroll & Treasury: Partner with People & Culture to ensure flawless Dutch payroll runs and correct accounting treatment.
