Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Tax Reporting & Compliance Specialist Role purpose: Ensure accurate, timely tax reporting and ongoing compliance across applicable jurisdictions by managing filings, documentation, and audit readiness while partnering with internal stakeholders and external advisors. Core responsibilities - Prepare, review, and file direct and indirect tax returns and related statutory reports (e.g., income tax, VAT/GST, withholding, payroll-related filings as applicable). - Maintain tax calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate data collection to support timely submissions. - Reconcile tax accounts, support provision processes, and investigate variances between tax returns and financial statements. - Monitor regulatory changes, assess impacts, and implement process updates to maintain compliance. - Support tax audits and inquiries by gathering evidence, drafting responses, and maintaining documentation. - Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external tax advisors to resolve issues and improve controls. - Document procedures and contribute to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Required skills and qualifications - Experience in tax reporting, compliance, and/or corporate accounting within industry, public accounting, or a shared services environment. - Working knowledge of tax regulations, filing requirements, and internal controls; multi-jurisdiction exposure preferred. - Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail and data integrity. - Proficiency with Excel and...
