Partner with stakeholders to translate strategy into executable change plans and measurable outcomes. - Own end-to-end change management for programs and projects, from discovery through implementation and benefits realization. - Develop and deliver change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communications, and training plans. - Facilitate workshops to define future-state processes, roles, and governance; document requirements and decisions. - Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams; manage resistance and support leadership alignment. - Define success metrics, track adoption, and report progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership. - Ensure change activities align with program timelines, risk controls, and organizational priorities. Required skills and experience - Change management: Proven delivery of complex business change using structured methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, or equivalent). - Business analysis: Ability to elicit requirements, map processes, and translate needs into actionable plans. - Stakeholder management: Confident influencing at multiple levels, including executives. - Communication: Clear, audience-specific writing and facilitation skills. - Program delivery: Experience working within project governance, managing RAID logs, and coordinating cross-functional teams. - Improved adoption and sustained behavior change. - Delivered benefits aligned to strategic objectives. - Reduced change risk throug...
