As our Food and Beverage Management Intern , you gain insight and experience in the execution of managerial duties while working closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team. This internship starts in September 2026 and offers a full-time learning experience for a minimum of 5 months, aligned with your study requirements. Responsibilities • Support the Food and Beverage Manager in daily operations across all outlets • Lead by example on the floor, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction • Assist in coordinating restaurant, bar, breakfast, and event operations • Drive commercial performance by supporting upselling, promotions, and events • Monitor service quality and ensure brand standards are consistently maintained • Support team communication, shift organisation, and operational planning • Assist with training and coaching team members • Engage with guests, ensuring personalised and memorable experiences • Take ownership of assigned projects to improve performance and gu...
