About the Role In the fast-paced, high-stakes world of global commodity trading, no two days are ever the same. This role offers a rare opportunity to manage and synchronize both our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams, running the full transactional lifecycle end-to-end. At its core, this is a leadership position for someone who genuinely loves leading people and brings a high-energy, unifying presence to the office every day. Leading a dedicated 10-person team, you will act as a bridge, fostering a culture that respects established operational consistency while driving modern ideas and process improvements. You will spend the majority of your time coaching, motivating, and building a cohesive culture across different generations. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will act as a trusted, collaborative partner to Trade, balancing operational control with commercial empathy to keep our massive global cash engine moving flawlessly.
