Vacancy: Customer success employee You are the face of IT Local and ensure that our customers can start using their new cloud workplace effortlessly. As a customer success employee , you guide, help and train various companies in the transition from their old IT system to a modern cloud environment. And 'different companies' should be read as 'really diverse'! One day, you will be on site at a day nursery to familiarise employees with Microsoft 365 and the next day you will give a Teams training course to a construction company to further explain the possibilities of the cloud. You adapt your approach to the target group and you know better than anyone how to explain complex material in an understandable way. Your most important task? Providing service! Thanks to your guidance and training, customers make optimal use of their new workplace and really experience the advantages of the cloud. What will you do as a customer success officer? - Helping customers : you help our customers' employees get the most out of their Microsoft environment and new cloud workplace. Usually on location and sometimes via Teams or by phone from our beautiful office in Houten or Arnhem (this split is about 70/30). You answer questions, solve issues immediately or find out with the help of your colleagues, inspire, surprise employees with new possibilities and, just to be sure, stop by that employee who never asks questions.
