For one of our clients near Eindhoven, we are looking for new colleagues for the position of Repair / Assembly Employee Industrial Packaging. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, allowing you to support multiple departments when needed. You will join a team of approximately 20 colleagues, supported by 2 shift leaders. Depending on the department where you start, your tasks may include: - Inspecting incoming packaging using a checklist; you will also determine whether it should be sent to the technical repair department or the maintenance department - Repairing aluminium and/or wooden packaging; this may include carpentry work, assembling new parts, removing dents, etc. - Replacing corner profiles, handles, and wheels In this position, you will work in a two-shift schedule. One week you will work Monday through Friday from 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM, and the following week from 03:00 PM to 00:00 at night. For this reason, it is important that you have your own transportation, as public transport is not available during these hours. - You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written - You possess technical insight - You are proactive and able to identify work independently - You can work well in an environment that is somewhat less organized
