For our client Brewery Bavaria, we are looking for motivated machine operators who are ready to work in a 3-shift system. Do you already have experience in production or logistics and want to take the next step in your career? Or are you completely new but eager to learn a skilled trade? In both cases, we’d love to meet you! As a machine operator in Bavaria’s bottling plant, every shift begins with a short team meeting where you and your colleagues discuss the latest updates: ongoing orders, open tasks, and any technical issues. After that, you head to your workstation for a dynamic and varied workday. Your tasks include: - Troubleshooting and solving malfunctions - Rebuilding machines together with colleagues - Performing maintenance work - Refilling cardboard and plastic supplies - Carrying out quality checks. - And, of course, keeping your workplace clean and safe New to the job? No problem! You’ll receive thorough training from your team leader and experienced instructors. Most roles have a 4-week onboarding program to get you fully up to speed with the bottling plant and its machinery. Shift schedule in the bottling plant: - Early shift: 06:00 – 14:00 - Late shift: 14:00 – 22:00 - Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00 After the tour... You will follow the Flowsparks e-learning course after the tour, once both parties are satisfied. During this tour (approximately 1 hour), you will gain a better understanding of the company and its activities. If the tour goes well, you will complete the e-learning courses. These take approximately 3 hours in total. Please note that you will need to schedule approximately half a day (4 hours) for the tour and e-learning courses on this day. The e-learning course covers topics such as company rules, problem solving, and professional training. - Full-time available in 3 shifts; - Good command of Dutch and/or English; - Experience in production or eager to learn.
