Here’s what we expect from you: - Someone with experience as a spray painter - Someone who can quickly identify and solve problems. - Flexible and easy to work with. What will you do As a Sprayer, you’ll be responsible for carefully finishing windows and frames. You’ll work with advanced machines to ensure everything is perfectly sprayed. Your tasks are varied and consist of three main things: - Automated spraying process: You’ll set up and adjust the spray machines to make sure everything runs smoothly. Technical knowledge is key here! - Spotting and fixing mistakes: While working, you keep an eye on everything. If you spot an issue, you’ll fix it and adjust the machines as needed. - Manual touch-ups: Sometimes, you’ll be standing behind the robot, manually spraying and refilling the paint.
