About this role
As a production worker, you’ll be part of a lively team of over 30 colleagues in a modern production facility. Working in a 2-shift system, you’ll help oversee the entire production process — from raw materials to finished products. We produce a wide variety of peanut butter for a diverse customer base, so no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating and setting up production machines - Troubleshooting minor technical issues - Performing routine maintenance on equipment - Checking finished products for quality and consistency We do not provide accommodations. You need to live in the surroundings of Raamsdonkveer. You will work in 2 shifts from 6:00 to 14:15 and from 14:00 to 22:15. Requirements for working as a production worker: - You’ve already worked in a production environment - You know how to solve little technical issues on the production line - Willingness to work in a production environment (including exposure to food products) - Basic understanding of English or Dutch - Willingness to help your co-workers on the production line
