About this role
As an Allround Carpenter, you are responsible for assembling and repairing wooden packaging used to transport sensitive industrial components. You will work from technical drawings and follow clear work instructions to ensure every product meets the required quality standards. Your daily responsibilities include: - Disassembling and reassembling wooden transport crates. - Reading technical drawings and following work instructions. - Inspecting wooden components for quality and damage. - Reporting production deviations and quality issues. - Working safely with hand tools and power tools. - Supporting colleagues within the woodworking department. - Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized. You will work in a 2-shift schedule: - Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 - Monday to Friday: 15:00 – 00:00 You will receive an 18% shift allowance for working in shifts. - mbo working and thinking level. - Experience with woodworking or assembly work. - Ability to read technical drawings. - Technical insight and a hands-on mentality. - Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule. - Good command of the English language. - Living in the Eindhoven region is a plus
