About this role
As a Cleanroom Operator, you play an important role in maintaining the quality of high-tech products used in industries such as semiconductors and electronics. You will work in a controlled cleanroom environment where accuracy, safety, and quality are essential. Your daily tasks include: - Cleaning high-tech components according to cleanroom procedures and work instructions. - Performing assembly work using hand tools and technical drawings. - Inspecting products and carrying out quality measurements. - Preparing and cleaning metal frames and packaging materials according to protocol. - Reporting deviations and registering quality findings in the production system. - Reading and following technical drawings and work instructions accurately. - Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized according to cleanroom standards. Working hours You will work from Monday to Friday in a 2-shift schedule: - Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00 - Evening shift: 15:00 – 00:00 You will receive an 18% shift allowance for working in shifts. Overtime on Saturdays or Sundays is paid at 150% when applicable. Required - Good command of the English language. - Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions. - Technical insight or experience within a production environment. - Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule. - Living in or within travelling distance of Eindhoven, Helmond, Veldhoven, or Valkenswaard. Preferred - Experience working in a cleanroom environment. - Experience with assembly work or high-tech production.
