Then this vacancy might be perfect for you! Wat ga je doen? As a member of the Customer Service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in Germany. You’ll ensure that the entire order process runs smoothly from order intake to delivery. You'll work closely with the sales team, logistics, and transport partners. This is a Part-time position with a permanent contract in a supportive, international working environment - Process customer orders in SAP: from intake to invoicing - Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners and keep customers informed - Handle questions and complaints via phone and email - Update customer data, pricing, and promotions in the system - Collaborate with sales to strengthen client relationships - Contribute to projects and initiatives that improve team efficiency - Play a key role in delivering excellent customer service Wat bieden wij? - Directly under contract with the client (for 32 till 40 hours a week) - Gross monthly salary between €2850 and €3100 (based on full-time) - 8% holiday allowance - 27 vacation days per year - Option to buy up to 5 additional vacation days - Performance end-of-year bonus of up to 10% of your annual salary - Pension scheme from day one (2/3 paid by employer) Waar ga je werken?
