In this role, you coordinate and manage high-tech OEM customer orders in assembling, testing, and delivering modules and complete machines. You oversee the full chain from quotation and order intake to production planning, delivery, and after-sales service. You ensure that customer requirements are translated accurately into operational plans, while meeting strict targets for quality, lead time, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What excites you as a New Product Introduction (NPI) Planner? From our assembly facility in Eindhoven you like to keep yourself busy with: - Receiving, reviewing, confirming, and maintaining sales orders from various customers. - Planning and monitoring sales orders, considering material availability, resource capacity, and changing customer priorities. - Managing deliveries and ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete. - Logistics and you work closely together with the project manager, engineering, assembly and quality. - Creating, monitoring, and (re)scheduling production orders in the ERP system. - Monitoring unreleased production orders and initiating the appropriate follow-up actions. - Identifying material shortages and coordinating the necessary actions to resolve them. - Collecting and registering data for analysis on delivery performance, quality, margins, and turnover expectations.
