The Role - Bringing E-mail and marketing automation to the next level in a fast growing e-commerce environment; - Managing a small team (2 FTE) developing your managerial skills. Adding creativity and commercial focus (growing the business); - Analyze and drive KPI's for critical email performance metrics such as deliverability, open and click through rates, conversion/bounce rates, and database growth over time; - Coordinate and build digital campaigns including various email newsletters, automated lead-nurturing campaigns, and customer account notifications.
