Here, you'll serve as the link between the office, our IT, seconded professionals, and our clients. This team is responsible for placing and seconding top talent at various levels within the IT. We're looking for an enthusiastic new colleague who will not only support our administrative processes but also actively contribute to a streamlined and efficient back office. You'll ensure that everything runs smoothly so that we can continue to focus on growing our great team. This includes: - Payroll processing for seconded employees. - Contract management with customers and suppliers for our own employees, independent contractors, and temporary professionals. - Invoice the hours worked. - Keep the workforce, payroll data, and rates up to date. - First point of contact for customers, employees, and suppliers, working alongside the account managers and field manager. - Reviewing and approving invoices from our suppliers. The team The HR team is a driven and cohesive group consisting of an HR coordinator, an HR controller, and two HR officers who share their expertise and always support one another.
