For a leading international organisation operating across multiple European markets, we are looking for a Regional Head of Finance (m/f/x) in the Randstad region.< This is a unique opportunity for a Regional Head of Finance (m/f/x) to help shape a regional finance organisation that supports multiple entities across Europe. Based in the Randstad region, you will play a central role in driving finance transformation, strengthening financial governance and supporting strategic business growth.< As Regional Head of Finance (m/f/x), you will report directly to the Regional CFO and work closely with senior leadership, finance teams and local business leaders throughout the region.< What Will You Do?< As Regional Head of Finance (m/f/x), you will be responsible for the financial stewardship, governance, controllership and overall financial performance of 13 legal entities across eight countries.< Your responsibilities include: Leading, developing and inspiring the regional finance organisation Managing Finance Managers, Team Leaders and transactional finance teams Providing expert guidance on accounting, taxation, treasury, reporting and compliance matters Maintaining oversight of financial reporting, governance, statutory compliance and internal controls Ensuring effective cash flow management, working capital optimisation, foreign exchange management and banking relationships Partnering closely with the Regional CFO and local Managing Directors to support profitability and business growth Driving finance transformation initiatives and supporting the implementation of group finance strategies Promoting continuous improvement, di...
