In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, improving, and maintaining quality standards across logistics operations while working closely with internal stakeholders and logistics service providers. What are you going to do? As a Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality logistics operations and driving continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities include: - Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and quality control processes. - Monitor quality performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions. - Conduct audits and inspections of logistics processes, materials, and operations. - Collaborate with operations teams and logistics partners to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance. - Manage and evaluate the performance of logistics service providers (LSPs). - Optimize logistics processes to enhance service quality while reducing operational costs. - Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and international logistics procedures.
