Quality Assurance Officer (pharmaceutical logistics) - Boxmeer (NL) - Quality - 3,600 - 6,000 per month You ensure that quality is never left to chance. As a Quality Assurance Officer at VTS, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and improving our quality systems. You will work in an environment where accuracy and compliance are essential. Through your work, you will ensure that processes are continuously improved and that we continue to meet all quality and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical logistics. This is what your day will look like - Keeping all quality records and documentation up to date - Managing, maintaining and optimising the quality management system - Drafting and updating procedures, work instructions and documentation - Ensuring the correct recording and follow-up of non-conformities and CAPAs - Carrying out and supervising internal and external audits - Monitoring compliance with procedures across various departments - Drafting and processing reports - Supporting risk analyses and change management processes - Monitoring certifications and the validity of quality documents - Coordinating and recording training needs - Monitoring and recording processes, systems and facilities Your team You will be based in the Quality department and will work closely with the Quality Director and colleagues from operations, transport and warehousing.
