The Role Care Assistant - maternity cover - we currently also have bank roles available
As a Care Assistant, youll play a vital role in supporting residents to live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include:
Person-centred care: supporting residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and oral care while promoting independence and choice
Care planning: contributing to care reviews to ensure support plans reflect individual needs
Medication support: administering medication safely and in line with procedures
Activities & companionship: taking part in social activities, outings, and meaningful engagement within the home
Team support: helping new or existing colleagues through shadowing and teamwork, and supporting the smooth running of the home when required
What Were Looking For
A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK, please note: Under new guidance we are unable to accept skilled or student visas
Caring, positive, and reliable individuals
Previous care experience is not essential, as fully funded training is provided
Opportunities Available:
Day Care Assistant: 42 hours per week, 8am to 8pm on a two-week rolling rota (including alternate weekends) - maternity cover - Day payrate £12.85 per hour
Night Care Assistant: 42 hours per week, 8pm to 8am on a two-week rolling rota (including alternate weekends) - Night payrate £13.35 per hour

Qualifications Essential
No previous care experience is required, as fully funded training is provided. Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK.
