Our approach draws on Scandinavian baking culture — with Hart in Copenhagen as a key reference point — focused on excellent laminated pastry, precise craftsmanship, and high\-quality seasonal ingredients. We’re looking for a skilled baker with strong laminated dough experience to help shape a new concept from the ground up. Responsibilities •Production of viennoiserie (croissants, Danish pastries, laminated dough) •Preparation of pastries, éclairs, cheesecakes and seasonal desserts •Maintaining consistently high quality •Organizing daily production and mise en place •Following production and hygiene standards (HACCP) Requirements •Minimum 3 years of professional experience in bakery or pastry production •Strong, hands\-on experience with laminated dough is essential •Valid Swiss/EU work permit required (B/C permit or EU/EFTA citizenship) — applications without a valid permit unfortunately cannot be considered •Passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail •Ability to work independently and as part of a team •German or English language skills We offer •Full\-time position (100%), day and night shifts •A brand\-new artisan bakery with modern equipment •The opportunity to help shape a new project from the very beginning •Relocation support for qualified EU/EFTA candidates Work location: In person, Cham (Zug) jpidd685cacjm jit0731jm jiy26jm
